• Clear Energy will produce a certified electrical audit by an electrical engineer to determine the lighting savings.

• We will provide a written audit including the certified savings and cost of the LED retrofit, including material and labor.

• We will install monitoring devices to measure usage and record hours of operation.

• Clear Energy will provide all material and labor their cost, for the first retrofit location.

• The client agrees to commit to having Clear Energy retrofit the remaining locations, if within the next usage period, savings of 65% of the amount shown from our audit.

• Conversely, if the LED retrofit does not save a mininum of 65% of what was certified from our audit, Clear Energy will pay for the retrofit for that location, including material and labor costs.

• Clear Energy will charge the client all material and labor costs if the client cancels a retrofit, for any reason.

• Clear Energy will secure a policy from a publicly traded insurance company, which will serve to underwrite our guarantee pledged to the client, for an amount greater than or equal to 65% of the savings we determine from our audit.
